Welcome to the Hillside Hillsborough
The Hillside building dates back more than 300 years and is located in
Hillsborough in close proximity to Hillsborough Castle home of residence
to the Secetary of State.
The building is deceiving from the outside as it leads inside past open turf and log burning fires throughout the winter to our bistro in the dual floor wooden refectory offering the finest of Northern Irish food produce cooked to order by our chefs using classic irish cooking methods with menus ever changing to suit the seasons. Some of our dishes will range from our dry aged steaks to our risottos and pastas.
The Hillside in Hillsborough is a very friendly run pub with some of the greatest food to offer sourced locally and cooked to order. Here, you will find our open fires burning turf and logs all winter round. In the summer our customers can relax with friends or family in our cobble garden court yard enjoying some of the wonderful food and salads on offer, or just simply by taking advantage of our local ales on display one of very few bars with draft ale.
At the Hillside it has always been our focus to give the customer a personal and warm experience every time and if it is not our award winning bistro food in the wooden extended refectory, then why not try our newly launched fine dine a la carte restaurant, show casing some of the finest sourced and carefully cooked food.
